I wish the eBook was in an ebook format, PDFs are very slow on my Kindle. But then again, I bought it just to pay for the free PDF that I’ll read on my computer. 🙂
I want to buy a physical copy, but the pm press website has bad security settings. Can you please ask them to update their https so that all content is encrypted on the page?
